Trogir Tours.
A live website and reservation management system for a family-run seasonal tourism business in Trogir, built as the foundation for a multilingual online agency.
The brief.
Trogir Tours started as a website for a family seasonal business, but the real goal is bigger: to become an online tour agency with multilingual support, a clear booking experience, and internal operations that can survive the intensity of summer.
The public website presents tours, boat rentals, local knowledge, and a booking-oriented flow for guests visiting Trogir and the surrounding Dalmatian coast.
The best part.
The admin dashboard is the operational core. It manages all reservations, keeps availability synchronized across devices, and gives the team a single place to control daily capacity, guest details, departure points, and tour limits.
The system is designed for the way seasonal tourism actually works: fast decisions, changing schedules, different pickup locations, multiple tours, and no time for messy spreadsheets when guests are already waiting.
Built for summer operations, also known as "everything is urgent and someone needs the list right now."
Today's dad note: the dashboard synchronizes across devices. Sadly, it cannot synchronize family opinions. Yet.
Operational features.
The dashboard supports reservation management, daily availability, per-tour capacity limits, contact details, guest counts, pickup locations, and a calendar view that makes busy dates readable at a glance.
The most important feature is the PDF generator: for any selected date, the system creates a clean list of all tours with the essential details needed to run the day smoothly.
Future development is planned around paid and unpaid excursion tracking, giving the business a clearer view of bookings, payment status, and daily revenue.
Why it matters.
This project is not just a brochure website. It is a digital operating layer for a real seasonal business: public-facing enough to attract guests, structured enough to support growth, and practical enough to make daily work easier.
